- Replace 1 inch pleated air filter as needed
- Check and clean flame sensor cleaning rod
- Test HSI igniter
- Lubricate blower assembly as needed
- Check flue pipe and fresh air inlet pipe
- Check gas pressure, adjust if needed
- Clean condensate drain assembly
- Check draft inducer
- Check air temp rise
- Check heat exchanger, clean as needed
- Check efficiency
- Inspect electrical components and wiring
Air Conditioning
- Clean evaporator and condenser coils
- Clean condensate drain
- Check electrical connections
- Check electrical components
- Check thermostat operation
- Check refrigerant levels
- Check motor bearings/lubricate as needed
- Check air flow (Delta T)
- Replace 1 inch pleated air filter
- Test run
Oil Furnace/Boiler (Oil Fired Appliances)
- Replace 1 inch pleated air filter if needed
- Replace nozzle
- Replace oil filter
- Replace fuel pump screen and gasket as needed
- Inspect electrical connections
- Inspect stack pipe
- Inspect thermostat
- Inspect chimney
- Clean base of chimney
- Clean heat exchanger
- Adjust electrodes
- Adjust motor belt tension as needed
- Adjust efficiency as needed
- Run test system
